Volos, Greece | May 29–31, 2025
From May 29 to 31, 2025, a partner meeting was held in Volos, Greece, as part of the HER SPORT project. The meeting was attended by partners from Greece (INNOVED), Spain (Club de Pitch and Putt Barcelona Teia), Bulgaria (BSDA), and Serbia (Women Sport Society).
The first day (May 29, 2025) was dedicated to a training session organized by INNOVED. Activities included both theoretical and practical components, focusing on methods for engaging girls in sports, supporting families and coaches, and exchanging best practices among partners.
The second day (May 30, 2025) was reserved for work packages of the project:
- WP1: Project coordination and management (led by the Spanish partner),
- WP2: Development of a handbook for families and sports coaches/directors (led by INNOVED and BSDA),
Ideas were exchanged, past activities were evaluated, and next steps were defined, including communication strategies, deadlines, and task assignments.
The meeting took place in a constructive atmosphere, with active participation from all partners, further strengthening mutual cooperation and the shared commitment to the goals of the HER SPORT project.
